Why I do this
I grew up in a dysfunctional family where nobody outside the house knew what was really going on.
We faked it and we put up walls.
Today I have a great marriage and adult kids. We live out the Know Honesty™ model at home, and it has made all the difference. That is not a marketing line. It is the reason this is my work and not just my job.
I have led numerous couples retreats and marriage events over the years and taught a lot of tools and tips. None of it gives as much value as Couples Know Honesty™. That is why I put it at the center.
What I keep seeing
Everything rises and falls on communication.
People almost always know what to do. They just will not say it out loud. So everyone ends up working from a different set of facts, and the plan goes nowhere.
So that is the work. Get clear on what you truly want. Get honest about where things actually stand. Then build a plan you will follow.
How I work
Supportive. Also not that comfortable.
I ask the question nobody else in your life is willing to ask, and then I stay in the room while you answer it.
Every coaching relationship opens with The Agreement. I ask you to be 100% honest, and I promise to be 100% open. That is the ground we stand on. Everything else is questions, patterns, challenged assumptions, and turning what you see into something you do this week.
